Re: Shooting on your own property (country)

You should have a friendly chat with your rural neighbors and let them know that you will be doing some target practice on your land.
You could also call and ask your local Sheriff about any regulations.
I'm sure the phone # is on the county website.

Re: Crow hunting

I prepare mine with the careful application of copper, lead alloy and a dash of polycarbonate. When applied properly, this produces a spectacular presentation of Corvus on pure white snow. This epicurean feast is left for the wild foodies that frequent my area. When they are finished dining, the rem...

Re: Crow hunting

Smug bastards is right! Many times crows have been hanging around the trees by my 100 yd target stand as I walk from my house to the garage (about 15 steps) I can wander back and forth empty handed and they just watch me. I carry my rifle, and they instantly fly off  I've even tried to "h...

Re: 4 'Spree Shooters' passed Universal Background Check...ooops

How about offering a highly advanced "permit to carry" class to those citizens who are willing and able to undergo and pass intense advanced training.
Allow them a permit to carry anywhere at anytime.
Encourage teachers and school administrators to participate.

Re: GROUP BUY = Who's interested

I did a quick check on the Widener site and came up with: $28.68 / 1000 for a 50K order. That includes $59.03 shipping (to me) and $25 Haz Mat. Shipping to the metro is slightly cheaper ~ $55.16 which drops the cost to $28.60 / 1000 Any order smaller than 50 K will obviously increase the cost/1000. ...

Re: Today's Ass Hats

Humor is something that thrives between man's aspirations and his limitations.
There is more logic in humor than in anything else.
Because, you see, humor is truth.

Re: You will not believe this!

Very interesting!

:thankyou: for posting.

One of the comments suggested putting photos on a DVD and selling them to raise money for the museum.
Why not?
It's a shame to have all that history just locked away, in the dark.
