For open to the public, I don't think anyplace is closer than Oakdale right now. Maybe Dakota County Gun Club but I don't know if they are still having public hours. Oakdale is open to the public every day until the 18th I believe.

just as an aside, the impact sports are sold by Dick's under their Field and Stream brand name. The pair I have even has the Howard Leight inspection sticker in the battery well labeling them as Impact Sports.
