Re: Chaska's Knight speaks about "sensible gun laws..."

Nobody gets his mac on like Chief Bling. It kind of reminds me of a camel in the mid-east that has tassles and coins tied onto anything that will hold them.

Re: "Begane" - World's Safest Weapon...

What a great country. A convict can make a zip gun in prison, do his time, and when he gets out he makes a better quality zip gun. That, my friends, is free enterprise and the American Dream. Sell what you know how to do. Most of us don't need a zip gun, but if you ever do it looks like this is the ...

Re: NRA Endorses McCain over Hayworth

One thing's for sure, McCain sure knows how to compromise. However, I don't believe any part of my rights are a bargaining chip which is why I can't cast my lot with McCain or anyone like him. '.

Re: Glock 34/35 good first gun for USPSA/IDPA

I own both. Great guns, and for IPSC they are a great choice. Very reliable and long site radius.

Re: Deranged Gunman Opens Fire On Shooting Range

Every now and then, the folks at The Onion show their true colors. This was one such article; they think gun owners are knuckle dragging yokels. That's ok, I think people in the media are jelly-headed hypocrites. We all harbor some stereotypes, I guess.

Re: Gander Mountain Price Match (Rude)

Yeah, I was told (since then) that they do not have a policy forbidding the removal of gun locks. So what does that mean? They broke policy to piss me off? The guy behind the counter sure was persistent, not removing the lock when they handed it to me, and not removing when I asked them to, and even...

Re: Gander Mountain Price Match (Rude)

I once tried to BUY a $ 1,200.00 Kimber from a Gander Mountain (Maplewood, MN) and failed because they refused to take the trigger lock off. I told them I'd buy it on the spot if I liked the trigger and no way will I buy without checking the trigger. They declined. I was even wearing a suit so it's ...
