I've been treated rudely there more than once but their discourtesy is surely trumped by the idiocy I've seen. It would drive me nuts too.

It has GOT to be a tough job running a pistol range. There are just so many careless people. Combine that with deadly consequences for mistakes. I don't think I could take it. I'd end up with a very sour attitude towards the general public.
