Re: HOLD YOUR FIRE - Senator Ortman may Kill SF1357

I just got through talking with Jamie at Senator Ortmans' office. I apologized for my stern message earlier and told her to tell the Senator THANK YOU from me, for her support on this issue. :)

(I felt a little foolish, oh well  )

Re: Senator Ortman may Kill SF1357 - Stand your Ground

I Just called her office and got a recording. I left her a very direct message that I would not appreciate her being a block to this legislation. She is my Senator. Re: WOW

Thanks all. I have been extremely busy at work and have had no time for doing much of anything except working.

I didn't have the time to hardly go through the e-mail jokes I got every day. I have a folder named "unread e-mail jokes" that is approaching about 1000.

WOW

It's been a long, long time.... I have been very busy the last fer years and haven't checked in for a long (long) time (years?). I installed a new computer several months ago. A few weeks ago I got a post from Joel's wife. It renewed my interest. Apparently Joel's forum isn't very active. Tonight I ...

Re: How do you carry spare mags

Carry a Glock, XD or M&P and you won't need any extra mags :stirthepot: :o rtk So you are saying because you are carrying one of the guns that you list above that one of their magazines will not fail, thus needing a spare magazine? Or are you saying that maybe your seatbelt will never hit the m...

Re: With the end looming....

And some kind of brush either a tooth brush or actual gun cleaning brush. If you take the tooth brush route don’t use it for a tooth brush after you get gun oil on it . You would think with hot water it would rinse off the oil but you can still taste it. With the AR add a chamber brush, and a longe...

And on a 1911 note- never lower the hammer on a loaded chamber! No Condition 2 IMHO.
