Interesting that they refer to "burglary". I thought, generally, if there were people in the house it became "robbery".

I sometimes wonder if the Supreme Court shouldn't be made up of 7th Grade English teachers instead of lawyers. Since they read English and can look up what words mean wouldn't that be all that's needed? I would probably trust 7th grade English teachers of 100 years ago... but today's English teache...

-      Second – more concerning problem.  After a couple of rounds, I had the bolt lock back, so solidly that the bolt would not move, the bolt release was not activated and could not be moved. Further, when I tried to push the takedown pins, they were really, really tight, everything was bound up....

That "win" against NY's SAFE act was on a technicality, not on the merits. As I understand it... the technicality is that the AG's office got told it can't go on a witch hunt and prosecute cases that it has no legal authority to prosecute... which seems a pretty good "win", in g...
