10/22 optics help for precision target shooting

I ended up buying a Vortex Crossfire II 6-24 X 50 with the V plex retical. Sighted it in and can shoot dime size groups at 50 yards. Need to get it outside to see how it does shooting out to 100 yards and beyond. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160829...

While I shoot a Nightforce 12x42x56 Benchrest on my 50 BMG Target Rifle, it would be a bit of overkill for your needs. I know several people the shoot Sightron's and absolutely Love their glass. Store with the best selection of AR-15's??

Thanks for all the help, guys - talked to a guy who's EX-military and is into AR's, and he recommended a S&W M&P 15 Sport II with a drop in trigger. Looked at a couple, and then found an internet dealer that has them IN STOCK (at least yesterday, that is...) for $619!!! I gots a burnin' fee...

Mueller APV and Weaver T Series seem to be favorites among bench rest target shooters.
