Just to be clear, you have 2,000 CCI 450’s and are looking for 400’s? I know I have one box of 400’s laying around, not sure if I have two.

How much recoil can your shoulder handle, and what are you shooting at past 1000 yards? If your answers are; “not very much” and “targets”, you might want to look at some of the fast 6mm’s. That’s true, but if you do it just right, you can sometimes make them tumble right into the middle part of the target.

I don't think any of us has a problem with someone wanting to buy a firearm without government permission. The problem, at least for me, is advertising your intention on an internet form. Why though? Attracting the attention of the very people you're trying to avoid. Sure, but why should we care?

I’d be concerned, that’s just asking for a malfunction.

What do you want to do with it? Looks like it holds 20 more grains of H1000 than a .30-06, and gains 400 FPS. That’s a pretty significant increase in performance. Seems pretty similar to a .300 WM, and it’ll definitely recoil like a magnum with 80 grains of powder and 200 grain bullets. Probably not...
