If you want Hornady stuff good luck! Pretty goofed up for the last while with both hardware and their bullets. If you want a quality cast bullet look at Missouri Bullets as an example. If you want a good quality handgun FMJ bullet in most calibers then get Montana Gold...they are shipping and have m...

Re: Power Pistol for .38 sp

Going to have to be patient about primers.... Heard a rumor that GM in Woodbury had all kinds of Federal Match primers......of all flavors? This all has been gone through before. It happened in 94 when a rumor started at the SHOT show, and the rumor caused shortages so to speak. Back when Bill's had...
I'd like to give the postperson a workout with SP primers....
If you get primers via USPS you will be in a lot of trouble and the person that sent them in even more trouble! They can only go Fedex or UPS.

Re: Looking to borrow a ransom rest...help sighting in

You can do well with sand bags as you can mould them. Learning bench technique is somewhat more trial and error.

Re: Recent FD Seminar

T, Some people in the past came across as thinking they reinvented the wheel! Some of the carpet bagging instructors on the other board seemed to think they could show some career EMS/FD people a thing or two mainly aimed at the career types not the Volley FF and EMS staffers. But, for the most part...

Re: Recent FD Seminar

MAC I know lots of stuff, some totally butt ass worthless! Other stuff dead on point! And, more then likely way more to the point than the wasted bandwidth that some cause the board to undergo!

Re: Recent FD Seminar

ttousi , Take into account that many of the local LE agencies provide EMS care in a dual role of LE and EMS. Cottage Grove and Woodbury come to mind, and others have CSO's that are the paramedics. St Paul Fire was one of the pioneering agencies of putting fire fighers thru paramedic school. You have...

Re: Recent FD Seminar

tactical medics Please expand on this; sounds cool. Do they carry tactical bandages, tactical scissors, and perform tactical CPR? Tom, sounds like you put on a good class. I can't think of anyone more fitting for the job. MAC the only CPR I know of is AHA..... There is whole world that exits beyond...

Re: Recent FD Seminar

Nor to anyone else. ET, you either need to get more specific in your posts, or make sure it's clear that you are being very general and not commenting on anyone in particular. You're a knowledgeable guy but you come off sometimes as being a know-it-all or overly brusque. You've got a lot to share a...

Re: Recent FD Seminar

The career FF/PM and career EMS staffers are much more aware of things that some people think! Much more! Some are tactical medics with various LE agencies. Heck at one time there was FBI agent that was casual staffer of one of the larger metro EMS organizations in the metro. I like how some instruc...
