Re: Legal knives for EDC

You can legally own, but not carry, autos in MN. This includes OTF (out the front), switchblades, etc. Assisted knives are not considered to be autos. I always wonder whenever I see this on the rack at Fleet Farm how many people buy these but don’t realize the law around having them outside their h...

I’ve actually been looking at building a safe room quite a bit. I’ve finally decided that cinder block/concrete/rebar room in my basement will probabl...

Will be interesting to see what happens in the next 5 years. I dropped my renewal off in Scott County today...amazed at the $30...

Re: FLEET FARM BRAINERD

In fairness, I don't know many indoor ranges that will let you do holster work, except when they have special events like IPDA/USPSA league. But day in day out most don't let you draw. If you saw most people handle a firearm you understand the risk of letting shooters draw. Heck I would not stand n...

Re: Walking Dead 'Hearts' episode and reloading

Spoilers ahead, so if you aren't caught up on the Walking Dead series you may want to skip this... 2. Then, for the first time in any show ever, the bad guy decides that the most important thing to do after getting shot at is to pick up the spent/ejected case. And examine it closely. Or maybe not s...

Re: Dead and wounded in Orlando

Still doesn't answer my question about friendly fire. When the cops went in, the barrage of gunfire was overwhelming. I doubt all bullets hit their target. Just wondering if any friendly fire hit the hostages/victims? My guess is we'll never know OR if known, we'll never be told about it. I was sur...

Re: Armslist Popups

I noticed the same issue. I sent a message to Armslist Advertising saying how some advertisers are making their site unusable - perhaps if they hear from more people it might help. In the meantime what's has worked well for me to stop the redirects is to stop loading the page once the list appears (...

I see that Arnzen has a used one for sale...you could buy it to remove the temptation from me (not mine nor am I affiliated with it or the shop in any way - I've always had a curious fascination with this model though). http://arnzenarms.com/product/beretta/used-beretta-cx4-storm-carbine-9mm-166-bar...
