Re: Derringers

Rohm derringers and revolvers were sold by the boatload before the 1968 GCA, and then into the mid 70s. Almost all of them can't be legally sold in Minnesota because of junk gun laws.

Range passes work at either location. As always, call ahead and I can put any firearm in back for a few hours to ensure it's here when you arrive.

Re: Free shipping at Cabelas

It's not sales tax, it's use tax. And as long as it's less than $700 per year in goods purchased from out of state it doesn't have to be paid. And I'm sure all of you like me don't spend that much on the internet or from catalogs. Of course not. Never. Not me. And I don't have the receipts to prove...

Re: Derringers

Whats the price on that bad boy..... girl? $219 and it includes the standard $45 range pass and a promise not to snicker as you walk out the door. I can also get you something a little more manly for about the same price, black pearl or "Staglite" http://www.naaminis.com/pix/l...

Re: Carbine

I like the idea of the AR upper. Any idea where I can get *just* the upper? Model 1 Sales has the best quality and price by far, in my opinion. $470 for a complete* 9mm upper http://www.model1sales.com/item-detail.cfm?ID=UCE9MM&storeid=1&image=ucar9mm.gif * Not all uppers are alike. Look at...

Re: Derringers

American Derringer has been making the 45-70 model M-4 "Alaskan" for years. You will hurt yourself if you use it incorrectly

The top barrel is 45-70, the bottom 410/45LC

Re: Tritium front sight for Mossberg 590

I would be more than happy to order either the front sight or a set (complete sets run 120) for you.

Re: ACOG for flat-top AR-15

For under 100 yards I'd have to suggest an EOtech instead. It will be less than half the price of an ACOG.

Re: Tritium front sight for Mossberg 590

XS Sights will sell you just the front sight, but they won't guarantee that it will line up correctly with your existing rear sights. You're probably looking at 50-60 bucks for the front sight alone.

Re: More flashlight talk (need help figuring out what to buy)

I just picked up a little Pelican MityLite set with a borelight attachment, spare bulb, filters and case. It was about 15-20 bucks. Cheap but not cheap looking and it works great.
