I would think that no matter what, it's still steel, which is what is hard on your extractor and chamber. Not the coating. As far as heating up and gumming goes like the laquer stuff, i don't know. I'd stick with brass man. Better safe than sorry and an ar that don't shoot

holy crap! even the stuff at gander (and gander is usually the most expensive) was between 30 and 40 a box. and that was for win bst, accubond, and some regular cheapie win. haha for almost 70 a box i better get one impressive lookin and performing cartridge lol

common guys. its really not that hard to imagine what im talkin about here. go look up a picture of a equinox if your really that confused with what im talkin about. someone that knows the answer to this is not gonna need a picture. their gonna know exactly what im talkin about

"fake" sig equinox

alright, so i just picked up a sig "equinox" that appearantly is not quite a real equinox. It is a standard 229 frame all black (not the stainless accent pieces) with a equinox slide on it. no nite sights, nothin special but here's the weird part. The slide has the brushed look on the side...
