Re: Wife perceptive...

The Rodentwoman is more knowledgeable about firearms than I thought. Yesterday she said, "Pretty soon the basement will be filled with nothing but gun stuff." I'm working on it. Maybe replace the basement door with one of these. http://www.deansafe.com/vaults.html At a friends house down ...

Re: California Police Sticking to Guns in Defense of Letting Kid

I haven't gotten to handle any firearms at any military things growing up, but crawled in, out and around HMMWVs, Blackhawks, and various other military vehicles in the last 15(?) years. Not counting the memorial tanks scattered around...Mostly Shermans, I think. Those were as little kids, they'd do...

Re: Flashbang Tactical Bra Holster

This vid gives a much better look at the holster. I was going to get one off ebay but this vid gave me enough view to probably replicate it with the leather and Kydex I already have. I just have to have to ask my wife if she wants tan, blue or black. Video removed by user :-/ Yes, some of us "...

Re: Kel-Tec KSG / Sub2K

The KSG is not on the market yet. I heard this fall, so Q3-Q4, but as with any Kel-Tec product it'll be impossible to find for the first 9 months if you don't get the first 5 allocated to the state. That is the one problem I have with Kel-Tec, their quantity of new products always is below market i...

Re: Movement to repeal silencer ban

I'm very interested in seeing suppressors made legal in MN - the sound health benefits are good, they're legal for us at the Federal level. I'm mandated to have a muffler on my car, and bike - but forbidden to put one on my firearm. I'm supposed to risk permanent hearing loss if I defend myself at h...

He got one. :bravo:

The unassuming timber businessman was given a hero's burial last week in his native Monterrey, Mexico.

Re: WCCO Reports Rosenberg Arrested

Regardless of the man involved, I think we'll all be watching this closely and hoping/praying that things work out in our favor. Otherwise things could start to get ugly around MN. (Ugly as in the law, not as in bloody, for any MPD/FBI/CIA/etc agents reading this. I'd never hope for blood in the str...

Re: Posting restrictions Effective immediately

Righthaven, the company that scours the Web for copies of Las Vegas Review Journal stories and then sues the posters for mad cash and their domain names, has hit a small bump on the copyright lawsuit superhighway. A federal judge has just tossed one of its many cases because the posting was a "...

Re: U. S. Navy frigate captures pirate mother ship

No, we need to treat these pirates as pirates! Don't haul them into court. OR, if you do, give them the traditional punishment if found guilty. That would at least deter them a LITTLE, or at least make them identify their target first!

Re: It's Than EFFEN time again!!!

Well, I've got a family thing that got organized after I said I'd go, so I'll have to be a loser like Strad and skip this one. I didn't see a point to it before, but if there were a "not coming" choice in the poll, then losers like me could change their vote and keep the total a little mo...

Re: I wonder if Minnesota will follow suit......

A step forward is just that, a step forward. With time we will regain our rights. So long as we keep up the work of pushing forward, that is - and preventing us from slipping backwards.

Good to see another step forward taking place, in Arizona.
