Re: New pup

Since its heritage is German, Mauser is great:

some shotguns from Germany...
-original 'Charles Daly' shotguns
-German made 'Merkel' shotguns
-'Krieghoff'
...but I like 'Heckler' for Heckler & Koch

Re: Photos from our night out with Oleg

Maybe he meant Coast Gaurd? :P ;) All this from a Military Branch smaller than the New York City Police Department….. The Coast Guard played a significant role in securing Vietnam's 1,200-mile coastline. Some 8,000 Coast Guardsmen and 56 different combatant vessels were assigned to duty t...

Re: Food for thought!

Since the word was used twice I looked it up... 'anual' is a Portugese word for 'annual'.... also, 'papo furado interweb' means 'bull***t interweb' and 'gordão' means really fat person and one more... 'Por que alguém iria inventar uma história sobre Por que Austrailians compareing a Iraq guerra ao c...

Re: Almost traded..

Kimbers are nice. Kimbers have huge fans and also many that dislike them. The switching from int./ext /int. extractors and the series II firing pin blocks seem to contribute to the opinions. This model has a naked front strap. Anyone know who does serrations or checkering locally? And what mags are...

Re: Thing about a Python

I had a 6" stainless King Cobra in perfect condition, wish I still had it. The 'blued' Pythons were some of the finest blueing I've seen, I'd be afraid to use it because they're so dang purdy.
