Re: Stay at home extended

That is not the news I was expecting. With the new info on stats I think we really should be finding a path back to normal, not adding 4 more weeks of this plan. I'm not happy with this news.

Re: Oakdale Gun Club "OGC" Closure

A close look at the financials might well in order. I believe OGC is the largest (dues paying membership) club in the state. Membership is currently between 1500, and 2000, I believe. At 2000 members, and $125/annum dues, that is $250,000. No other club I'm familiar with has even close to half that...

Re: Oakdale Gun Club "OGC" Closure

No one is getting a $1000 fine or 90 days in jail for leaving their house. Its pretty silly that that was even mentioned. There are a ton of reasons you can leave, including hiking, hunting, and to get exercise. Oh? https://www.startribune.com/several-charged-across-state-with-violating-gov-walz-s-...

Re: WTF?! Who’re the complete imbeciles emptying the shelves?

Saw gas at 1.92. Wow I don't think I have seen it that low since 1995ish. Actually, back in 2016 it was under $2 during the winter. It was all the way down near $1.50 for a short time. Look at the charts on http://www.twincitiesgasprices.com. This time I'm not happy to see it down this low because ...

Re: Maybe Stupidest anti-gun proposal ever

Well, the folks suggesting these types of things are operating on half brain power, so I guess there is an explanation for their dumb ideas.

Re: Pelosi Security Points Gun at Trump Supporters

Do we really need sniper overwatch of normal daily activities like these though? And who does he work for? If Secret Service or some other agency assigned to protect congress folks then maybe. But if some type of private security then I have issues. I'd expect a sniper at an event where the presiden...

Re: November 2020 dilemma

In 2016 I went to a Ted Cruz rally and then later on a Trump rally, the energy at the Trump rally was 10x what the Cruz rally was. Trump has an incredible polarizing effect on people, they either love him or hate him. Lots of people liked Cruz but more loved Trump. I wonder if that energy is due to...

Re: November 2020 dilemma

I don’t care for Trump’s personality at all. Never watched any of that apprentice crap. He’s tacky, rude, and crude. He tends to excessively exaggerate and comes across as very lowbrow. The lying thing- he does not do well with politicospeak. He breaks the unwritten rules that the press and politic...
