Buying a sks

Ok so I saw a "nice" Norinco Sks in a shop the other day. But my question is: Do they just do the standard (long gun)NICS check for ? Or are they classed in with handguns and "military style rifles as to where you would need a PtP ?

Alright alright..So im evidently easily convinced to do things


But I will be waiting till this temporary work assignment is over with or becomes my new store and I move here. That way my DL will actually match my true residence, as that Im sure will cause all sorts of problems...

So time has come to finally start buying handguns and I know that I need to obtain a permit to purchase. I found the document on the BCA's website and printed a copy of it off. One question that pops up is on the first page. It asks for dealer information. But I do not have a current handgun in mind...

Speaking of that 20 off coupon.. They have Federal value packs(4 boxes= 2100rounds) with a dry storage box for 84.99 get two of them and use the 20 off and thats not a bad price on 22lr and they acutally have them in stock... that is .036 per round Anyone know of a cheaper 22lr price? The ammo boxes...
