Re: Concealed carry vest. Anyone use one?

Popped into this thread expecting to see a "I'm carrying" vest but that looks good.

Re: Building a dedicated 22 upper

FWIW, I looked into this a while back and just bought a M&P 15-22. The entire thing was cheaper than a good 22LR upper.

Re: Jumped into 300 BO

I'm jealous. I'm still building my 300blk pistol. Need to save my pennies and get parts one at a time. Then I'll need a chrono to help work up loads.

Re: 50 BMG @ 200 yds. Bullets seem to yaw into target.

Posting to follow but my two favorite things so far are. 660 grains and 200 yards being too close to tell.

This! If they want to look for reloads, that's fine (but dumb). They shouldn't be preventing you from bringing factory ammo. They certainly shouldn't have messed with her gun over her objections.

Re: Bolt action photo thread

Not nearly in the same class as the rest of the posts but it's my only bolt gun. Using it to try to improve my rifle skills. Open sights are a bit of a challenge for my aging eyes but I try. http://i743.photobucket.com/albums/xx78/jbidinger/2017-06-09%2016.50.59_zpsscvhg18a.j...

Re: Bayou 124gn .357 bullets. Nothing to crimp?

I don't get all the hate for taper crimps on 357. There are several reasons for using a taper crimp. For one a taper crimp is less sensitive to case length so you don't have to worry as much about sorting and trimming. Second if you are loading cheap rounds with plated bullets it is less likely to ...
