Re: NOT GUILTY!

Florida does have a law that states he cannot be criminally or civilly charged if found not guilty of a self defense shooting.

Re: Ruger LC9 shot before sold?

I bought the LC9 for Valentines Day. I really don't like it because I have big hands so the grip is too small for me. I also don't like the travel of the trigger. It's my wife's gun, she picked it out and she likes it, so that's all that matters. Ours also showed similar wear on it and it came strai...

Re: agents choose to carry personal weapons instead of Kimber

Not sure why Seismic Sam got all bent out of shape with my comments!!! HammAR, I understand you have a lot of experience with guns and using them, but to say that people are foolish for using a 3" 1911 begs the question, why? Not all of them are unreliable. And it's not only the Kimber 1911 tha...

Re: agents choose to carry personal weapons instead of Kimber

Anyone that buys a 3" 1911 in .45 is foolish, especially if they are going to use it for covering their own ass.................... :? Not very opinionated are we? I carry a 3" 1911 in .45 of the Kimber persuasion and I use it for covering my ***. I haven't had any issues with it either. ...

Re: Rothman on Fox News tonight

No offense to Mr Rothman as I don't know him but have seen his name around, but I agree with Falcon. Am I armchairing, maybe? If you knew you were going to be on the news regarding the Tucson incident, you need to be prepared to answer questions regarding the 33 round "clip" they kept refe...

Re: BAN THE GUNS! They're at it again.

I like the fact the article states that you can't "knowingly" be within 1000 feet of a political official. I wonder if that would've stopped this crazy guy from shooting all of these people! Oh, wait. I forgot. It's only the law abiding citizens that this will affect. I also saw something ...

Why are you watching KARE11 for "news", this station is only good for sweatermeat. Aka rena Well, since I am in Orlando and work for a company in Minneapolis, I wanted to look at the local weather when I saw a message from a coworker that said he wasn't going to battle traffic and just wo...

Re: Michael Schwartz Convicted

I think the gentleman in the present case likely fails the test on more than one of these criteria. In addition, I believe case law defines the common hallway of an apartment complex as a "public area", and not part of your dwelling. Again, based on the story I saw on Kare11 that did not ...
