Agree, hammer drill is the only way to go. Hilti makes great stuff, but for the epoxy you may need the gun. A cheap alternative would be "quick bolts". Should be able to find them at your local hardware store/home center or Fasenal.

I have had my PF-9 for about a year now. Last time at the range (2 weeks ago) mag dropped out with each shoot fired. This had happened from time to time, but has been getting progressively worse. A couple of months ago I picked up a ISSC M-22. They recommend using/breaking in with CCI mini mags or similar. At first using mini mags and a bunch of others I did have a few problems. But now with over 800 rounds through it, its worked great. Fun to shoot.
