Booger hook in the trigger guard while holster it will cause a bang. A person may buy a fits all nylon holster and that in it self can/ has gotten caught in trigger guards and resulted in a ND. Always test a new holster with a unloaded firearm just to be safe Incase parts get inside the trigger guar...

The head scratcher in this, if the law is upheld, what would happen to California politicians that receive NRA money.Ya I know that is a long shot for California.

I feel the jury got it right. I don’t know how the Florida law is written but I am going to guess he still needs to be an unwilling participant. Plus there may be a disparity of force issue.
