Re: Guess what these three guys did....

This is closer to home:

It didn't quite escalate as bad as the original post though.

Re: Possible push by MN DNR to ban lead hunting bullets

Don't we hear about this all the time? As it stand now is there anything that will act the same as lead? Gold does, and it has a higher ballistic coefficient than lead. Not at all practical cost-wise, lol. Copper is okay, but expensive. Most of the evidence I've read regarding lead shot and poisoni...

Re: Rohm RG7 .22 Revolver

Oh yeah, make sure it isn't pinged up from dry firing. That's a big source of issue too.

Re: Rohm RG7 .22 Revolver

I don't think the Rohm .22's had many issues, it was the larger calibers that caused a lot of problems. I have a Rohm 66 that shoots without issue.

Re: CZ 52 Firing Pin

I think the issue is dry firing, which can break the pin probably a result of corrosive ammo from a surplus one. There are aftermarket pins that are much stronger that fixes that issue. I think there's a decocking issue too with that model too.
It's a nice shooter though.

Re: Who has a VZ 58/2008

I like them, though they heat up really fast. Light and easy to point. They have a 5.56 variant out now too.

Re: Zastava M-70 + cheekweld = pain

That's called the Yugo slap.

At least with a surplus stock (which is shorter in length) I go as far forward on the stock to the receiver while sighting, and don't experience the stock slapping.
