Re: Monday 12/28 Range Day

You can also ask to shoot on the end. Your brass bounces off the wall and not into "the pit".

That said, you can still loose a few. :|

Re: Huge, 658 pound black bear shot by Wisconsin school teacher

Rem- As you have figured ,I have never done this. I had no idea about the neck shot, I have just heard people say things like this when they ment to shoot animals in the heart, and a lucky shot droped the animal. Dont get me wrong, I hunt and I think anyone should be able to take game any legal way ...

Chasing it up a tree with dogs, only to shoot it with a gun is a close second.

I am sure the neck shot was to keep meat damage to a min.

Re: M&P15-22

I should say that once I have one I will be putting on covers over most of the rails. I did not like the feel of them. Even with that I can't remember when I was this excited about a 22.

Re: M&P15-22

I shot this today at Bills and I am buying one once I can find one. I couldn't believe how much fun it was to blast through 100 rounds. I just dont think I could do that without thinking about it in 223. I also like getting back to iron sights. I am sure some time with this gun will make me a better...

Re: Anyone else like the S&W Sigma?

I like mine for what it is. It is not a match gun, and it has a loooong hard trigger (This got a little better over time), but it does go bang every time I pull the trigger. I feel confident enough with it that I carry it. (Covered of course, wouldn't want anyone to see it. ) I picked mine up ...

Re: Bill's Gun Shop and Range - 2009 Spring Shooter's Show

I was able to stop by for a short time. I picked up a RRA LPK for $67. They had two left when I was there. (4/3)

a Lot of things to look at, but I was pressed for time. No time to shoot.
