Re: Goofy chrono readings

Had a problem with my Millienium 1 with the normal screens, and when the sun got to a certain angle the whole EFFEN system just went wonky in about 5 minutes, and I think it was the shadow from the rear screen going over the front sensor. Got the IR screens and have never had another problem. A Mil...

Re: Some hope in the schools

This past December, the MSHSL Board of Directors approved a state championship starting in 2014, making Minnesota the only state in America with a high school athletic association sanctioned trapshooting tournament. Kind of ironic isn't it? Being the only state with sanctioned trapshooting and the ...

Re: Return letter from Rep. Jim Newberger-District 15B

I liked it when, last night, he asked the committee chairman if it was normal for the author or co-author of a bill not to present it at the hearings.

Those are good for putting the GLOCK you just bought in to take it home. It helps save the embarrassment of anyone seeing you just bought a GLOCK.

Re: Maple Grove and air rifles

Bloomington reads almost identical to that. I may set up a 7 yard range/backstop in my garage for pellet shooting. What they don't see won't hurt me... Besides, it is then not a public area. I spent a winter shooting out my back window of my house at my targets until I realized how crappy Bloomingt...

Re: Small pistol primers in stock

Just so you know, Recob will ship via Speedee to MN which is only a $15 hazmat. Its $10-$12.50 off what most places charge for hazmat.

I sure am glad I bought when I did.

Re: Burnsville Practical Pistol Winter League - 2013

Another video for your viewing pleasure.... I have to add that I am mad at Bruce, he told me Glocks don't malfunction! :D Did you pay close attention to what he is shooting now? He has left GLOCK by the wayside. I think he is now using his old Limited gun as a wheel chock. I love how VROOOOM didn't...

Re: Flute your own AR barrel?

It has nothing to do with the metallurgy, it has to do with the process of what you're actually doing to the barrel when you cut/grind the flutes. I thought you were an engineer? :P Short version: You'll induce stress and relieve stress while cutting the flutes. Whether or not the whole barrel rema...

Re: Timney trigger on a Mosin?

I have one of these triggers sitting next to me on the kitchen table right now. It is amazing how much better the trigger is with it installed. Hell it is better the factory trigger on my Rem 700. Will you like the trigger when done, YES. Is it worth the $100? Well that is up to you. But I will say ...
