Re: Savage 110: What caliber/round to make it?

It's cool because you can load tiny 100gr 9mm (or is it .357, I forget) bullets or 300+gr bullets.

Re: Minneapolis SWAT Wins National Championship

I think this is great news. Bravo Zulu to Mpls SWAT! It seems like every time I turn on the news there's another incident involving the Twin Cities Somali community and terrorist activities. I fear it's just a matter of time before they start causing trouble domestically for us. I'm glad that our l...

Re: Judge throws out concealed carry charge against Bartlett

Need a modifier for crimes committed from positions of power. Similar to hate crimes but it would be less stupid since it wouldn't require determining motives.

Re: Minneapolis SWAT Wins National Championship

I'm more likely to be shot at by Mpls SWAT (due to admin failure) than saved from tourists terrorists by them. As such I'd prefer they were the worst in the country.

Re: Strange experience at gun shop

Seems to me that the offended party has not officially put in a complaint yet, other than on the intrawebz. Dude, there is this new paradigm that came with the internet and matured with social networking where it doesn't work for companies to channel everyone into their black-hole "Contact Us&...

Re: Anybody here loading 7.62x39?

Yes, I use cast lead 200gr bullets and small amounts of trail boss. It is very quiet. As in at 900fps it sounds like a cap gun. Now that sounds fun. Does it cycle an AK? Does it leave your brass somewhere in this county instead of the next? Use it in a single shot Rossi cut to 16", doubt it wo...

Re: Grip Chop on XD

You can probably do it yourself. Buy gun+short magazine. Measure everything 6 times. Wrap the grip in masking tape, draw lines. Saw (bandsaw?) along lines. Clean up any rough edges with sandpaper or a hot object or black epoxy. ????? Profit. You are more able to ensure a quality outcome doing it you...

Reading into it too much dude. Just an attempt to inform that batteries are one of those things that have crazy markup when purchased from US brands.

Re: #13 hearing aid batteries

Protip: Check the ebay when buying batteries. You can buy some American stuff with the 95% you save buying Chinese (if you're into that)

What does QSI stand for? I tried searching and nothing logical came up and then I tried urban dictionary but that doesn't seem right.
