Re: Just got an HK 45

Not to be nosy, (but to be nosy!) how much did a used HK45 go for? :)

Re: Any experience with VLTOR Modstock?

I didn't realize the CTR and UBR come in a fixed stock version. Where'd you get those?

Re: Any experience with VLTOR Modstock?

Haven't formally installed mine yet, but it seems to be great, and you can install it on either a rifle or carbine tube.

I'm considering installing mine on the vz.58 after I purchase the adapter.

Re: Remington 870 Magazine Tube Dimple Removal

My purchase of a magazine extension is what led to the purchase of a Dremel. :)

Re: FYI: Glock 35 $445

I purchased an OD 35 this past fall, as a .357 Sig project. It has become my favorite handgun to shoot, despite my P226 Combat and 1911. At this price someone better snag it!

I recently purchased the khaki one, and have been quite impressed. It's HUGE, but is great to hold a lot of gear at a great price.

Re: CZ 75 P-01 - Multiple Failures to Feed

#1 Make sure your gun and mags have been properly cleaned and lubed before shooting it, especially if you haven't cleaned them since your purchase. The oils that I've seen on CZ's is great for long term storage, but terrible for shooting. #2 Mark your mags (numerically or otherwise) and take note as...

Re: Looking for a .22 for my wife

Not really along the same lines as the other suggestions, but for a fun, reliable range gun you can't beat a Ruger! My wife wanted the long barreled mkIII Hunter, and has loved it ever since. Btw, that's handgun number three for her. Her first, was a S&W 6" model 19, which is her other fire...
