Okay, so since I'm only interested in purchasing a pistol I don't need to worry about an FFL, but I would need to have an FFL order the firearm for me (who will likely charge a fee) and then I can purchase it after I get the Permit to Purchase from the local Police Department. So, call me stupid, but there are a few forms to fill out, but they require a fingerprint and photo and such and whatnot. I assume I can't do this entirely online, is there a place I can go to fill out all the necessary forms and fees? Do I go to the local Sheriff's office? Or am I way off base. May...
