Re: 38 S&W

Great info on this ammo.
A buddy at work with a S&W victory got dibs on the ammo.

38 S&W

Does anybody shoot this anymore?
I was gifted some ammo and found two boxes of 38 S&W.
If anyone could use it, I'd gladly pay it forward.
IM me and we'll try to work something out.

Re: Taurus 85 Ultra-Lite 38 special.

I like it. Picked up a SW air weight a while back and love it.
Little snubbies are too fun. Have fun with it. Light snubbies are great for carry IMO. :D

Re: Comp Etiquette at indoor ranges.

I didn't vote.
I have two pretty nasty brakes, and try to be considerate of others.
Anything sixteen inches and shorter are going to be loud, sorry.
If I could find a thread protector for my M24 contour I would probably change it out, it's unnecessary.

Re: Old IMR 4227 load data

Thanks for all the replies.
My cans have very little info on them.
It looks like the lot number may be P80MY28A and has 4079 below that.
There is a picture of the DuPont handloader's guide on the can.

Old IMR 4227 load data

I was gifted a couple pounds of DuPont IMR 4227.
It is my understanding this is not the same as the newer version or the H4227.
Does anyone have 357 load data for this older version of the powder?

Re: UTG Pro SS hand guard problem

Sorry to say this, but UTG is pretty low end stuff.
You may want to spend more money for a better brand.
ALG, Yankee hill, Midwest industries.
