No problem. Yeah it's all kinda messed up in town with all of the road construction going on. You know the old saying: There are two seasons in MN, winter and road construction.
The ptp goes to the Mankato PD if you live within city limits, if outside of them it goes to the county sheriff.

It's the Blue Earth County Justice Center that you have to go to, same building where the jail is located.
