I don't think anyone is shooting down there, but i do know that they have a Marksmanship course that is only available to ROTC students, but they use Laserlyte or something similar to train and score. Took the Permit Express class with Grant today. He is also a member (Gunclasses.net) Quick and dirty, gets to the point and he is able to answer most of your questions. Yeah i would love to, but work doesn't allow me to carry so for now, just wearing it empty. also heard somewhere that if you form it without the gun first, it will create a tighter tension when the gun is in there.

Solved!!!! It came in the mail today, surprisingly, I thought i had to go pick it up too. So it took all of 17 days. i guess they just don't mail it in on time, because it does say it expires on jun 15 2013, so it must have been approved 7 days later and just takes them a while to get it out. I live in the city and applied at the Minneapolis city hall, there is a sheriffs office in there. I think it's the right place.

Yep that women just handed it back to me without filling it out. This is in Minneapolis. I wanted to get a gun and practice before I take my PTC, but it might be quicker to get that instead.

Sorry to post another thread about MN permits, but i had a question about the time it takes to get your purchase permit. I went in on the 8th and requested a permit to purchase so that i can find a reason to meet thunderjohn. not i have received any information back from them, no mail, denied permit...
