Bob Allen gloves are the best! ANd they happen to be on clearance right now. I live just outside of Duluth and we only have outdoor shooting ranges in my area. This isn't any problem during the warmer months, however, now that it's getting colder I'm looking for gloves to wear when shooting. Do any of you ladies have a particular brand that works out well for you?

If you like the feel of the 1911, I'd suggest taking a look at the Springfield XDm 9mm. I love the gun (I have two of them in 9mm - a 4.5 and a compact) - it shoots well for me and has been totally reliable. You might like it, too.

It will be very interesting to see how this plays out.
