Re: Cabelas

I'm still making most ammo at 1996 and 2008 pricing, but out of SPP so loading other stuff.

Whoever is still gouging can choke on it.

Re: First Wednesday Lunch (?)

Hate to miss it, but I'll be in Wisconsin with Oldman prepping for a FCSA match this weekend. Regard to the usual suspects. As noted above - I won't be there. We have 3 special built AR-50's with Stainless Steel 1.75" dia K&P barrels. 1 - 34" 1:14 twist (warrlac), 1 - 36" 1:12 tw...

Re: 6MM ARC

Won't even consider it unless I get components first. Brass and bullets is all I need for now. My (Your) RPR 338LM may be available as I'm losing interest in shooting it. You would do this to me. Let me know what your thinking. There is no doubt it’s the sweetest rifle I have ever owned. Make me an...

Re: MN Gun Owners Caucus files suit against the State Fair

Thank you for this. I travel in from Wisconsin and because of my limited mobility I must park on or near fairgrounds. My mobility (or lack thereof) makes me an easy target and my wife by association. I practice visual awareness when out and about, but rely upon my right to carry for final protectio...

Re: Ammo price threshold

I've been getting $500/1000 of re-manufactured 9mm until I ran out of components after 17,000 9mm's. Enough left for my own usage now plus the 2K I had of 124 grain Fiochi in cold storage .

Strong maybe.

I'm ready for next FCSA 1000 yard Match in Alliance Nebraska.

Packing the trailer on Wednesday.

Greg & I will be competing against 3 former FCSA World Champions. Could be interesting.

Re: Dull sticky brass after wet tumbling (?)

I do a variation where instead of dawn, I use liquid car wash with a wax component. I will find the brand that I am using. The brass does not seem to tarnish as fast either... YMMV. Meguiar's or ArmorAll Wash & Wax? Tis something like that. I forgot to look when I got home last night... I recal...

Re: Arena Training Facility, Blakely GA

Thanks everyone !!! We had a good time with just minor bumps - like tripping and falling on left elbow on concrete - or sleeping on firing line before my relays (I was really tired, never heard a gun firing). Erika kept things interesting - (ask Greg for details). My rifle with new SS barrel shot ve...
