Re: I don't like the Inforce APL

The main complaint I hear about the APL is actually light NDs. People inadvertently activating the light while drawing because of the constant-on activation only requiring a single tap, and the design of the switch. The solution is ultimately training. Inforce makes a good light. I think their ligh...

I don't like the Inforce APL

Well, that's not entirely true, I want to love this light but it just has one fatal flaw for me- its switch. I find that my thumb rests on the top corner of the switch like a paddle actuated light but I'm not able to repetitively activate the switch with 100% accuracy. Even when I drop my finger to ...

Re: Glock Blue label dealers in MN?

Hello, I am in the market for a Glock 19 either Gen 3 or 4. I know Keeprs is one of the authorized Blue Label program (BLP) dealers in the state. I am serving in the Guard, and I am looking for my first ever carry weapon. I went to Keeprs yesterday for more information. The staff over there is not ...

Re: 10/22 Love

I'm surprised to not see any takedown models. I've really been eying them lately as a lighter alternative & as a truck gun. Some pretty sweet builds none the less :D

10/22 Love

Hey guys, seeing as its October 22nd I'd say its a perfect opportunity to post up some 10/22's. Mine was my first ever gun, last year I replaced the barrel and stock with an E.R. Shaw 18" and a houge stock to make it all fit and topped it with a Nikon 22LR 3x9. Nothing but a $.25 trigger job on...

Re: Son of Guns

I quit watching the show, between putting a shotgun on an AR because "it's neva been done befo", making a tacticool tommygun and putting a claymore (which was fake because there's no way in hell they acquired a real claymore) inside of a vehicle. Just too much stupidity and making gun owne...

Re: M&P Shield Rear Sight Removal

Weird, I was able to remove mine with my sight pusher. It did take quite a bit of elbow grease to finally get it to pop though. My Dads fullsize M&P popped off without a hitch.

handgun purchase ??? military ID

When I was home on leave from Kuwait/ Iraq in January I didn't have a problem purchasing handguns from 2 different people on the boards with a military ID as well as me being only 19 at the time. I'm sure that most sellers like the added security of a P2P. Best of luck to your son. God knows he's go...

Swaged primer pockets and the Blue Kool-Aid...

I ended up getting a Dillion 600 from the get go. Once I adjusted it properly I plowed through brass. Originally the price tag made me think about going with a different set up but it was well worth the price.
