Its your gun, right? You can sell it to whoever you want. Most sellers want a PTP or PTC and a driver's license. The make copies and write up a bill of sale. The buyer doesn't have to legally be 21 or have a PTP or PTC. However I think its wise. A "gentleman's contract" is sufficient (ie,...

Could someone lead me to the legal method to sell a handgun in MN? I have searched and can't find definitive...4437, PTP... Thanks for your help.

Greetings

Got the name of this forumn from the MN Audi club. I have a small selection of firearms - Glock, Browning, Kimber. I just posted a Kimber for sale as my new son, track car and work take up all my time and I need to feed those obsessions! :D
