I replaced carrying my Glock 19 with my Glock 48. Same size gun just single stack frame, and pairing it up with the Shield Arms S15 mags gives me the same 15 round capacity in a more concealable frame. Shield Arms has announced that they are developing mags for the 43 and possibly the 42 that will i...
It sounds like the slide is rubbing on your hand when it cycles. Get a normal grip with an empty gun and cycle the slide manually to see if you are getting slide bite. If you have a high grip, your skin may be rolling over the frame causing it to to get in the way of the slide. The beaver tail back ...
Just wondering if anyone has any empty 100 rd CCI mini mag or Winchester plastic cases laying around that they are going to throw away? I am re-organizing my safe, and have a couple bulk packs of 22 I want to condense down.
I wear undershirts everyday, it de[ends on what kind you get. I used to wear just plain cotton hanes shirts but have since switched to the starter brand performance compression shirts. They are similar to under armor, only a third of the cost at $10 from wally world. They keep you cool in the summer...
win_fcs if you live in the south metro area I would be more than willing to meet up at BV pistol or Gander and let you try some stuff out. I have a variety of firearms in different calibers. You can try out my Ruger SR22 if you are dead set on getting a .22 first, otherwise I have a few different 9m...
Ruger SR22 is a great .22 Semi Auto. I had a Sig Mosquito that would only reliably feed CCI Mini Mags, and occasionally the Winchester Super X. I picked up the Ruger SR22 a few weeks back and have 400 flawless rounds through it with various brands from the Federal blue box and red box, mini mags, Wi...
I got mine signed back in January and it was a harder experience than it needed to be, but they got the papers back to me two days later. Go to Room 2A of the old courthouse downtown, 300 South 4th St, between 10am and 2pm, and ask for Officer Reid Brown. I forgot the name of the Lt. who actually s...
I have had the pleasure of seeing Roger chew a few people out as well. I have also been in the same position as you Rodentman, I've found that the couple times I have had to remind people of the range rules, they have been grateful that someone gave them a reminder. I take a little different approac...
I wouldn't be too bummed about that. You at least have a company that shows they are at least open to the idea. Most companies say no firearms what so ever and don't give you the option to even send in a request.
