WTB - Gun Safe

If you are in the process of upgrading, I'd be interested in your old safe. I just don't see the point in spending money on the cheap stuff and don't have $1k to spend on a brand new safe

Re: SSG3000 mags

Looks like they have 5 and 10 round magazines on Midwayusa.com Yeah we tried there...Midway has not updated in a while. When you try to order, you are told they are unavailable. Thank very much for checking though. Saw a few on Gun Broker a while back, guys were asking for, and getting nearly $100 ...

SSG3000 mags

A buddy recently purchased the rifle and is having no luck locating the mags. Most of his LGS have never even seen an SSG3000, let alone the mags.

Thanks for any assistance you can offer...

Re: Movie: American Sniper

Starting with Kyle's dislike of the spotter he had on the roof (at the beginning) - unless you read the book, and got military culture...

Back in Minnesota again - Back on the Forum

Good morning, I had traveled for a living pretty extensively up until this month; now I find myself based in Minnesota again - (nice to see the weather hasn't changed much, sheesh!) Anyway, my forum activity has been pretty limited here and I frequented a more national forum when I had time...what d...

does anyone deer or bear hunt with a AR?

I do and I love it. Just use copper rounds instead of lead. Took down a doe last year What do you think is the general feeling out there, has anyone given you a hard time? I saw an ad for an AR in a hunting magazine not too long ago. Cannot remember the brand but part of the ad was talking points i...

School Shooting Drill In Oregon

Serious question..."what if?". Say that someone was actually carrying and returned fire? I am sometimes concerned about some dopy college kids deciding to do a "flash mob" type Scenario as a project...I'd like to hope they'd be smarter than that, doubtful.

Most funnest targets

Rabbits. Little buggers won't stay out of my shrubs. I have come to the conclusion that when you kill 1 it just splits into 2 more. I too have a love for killing these varmints. Living in Brooklyn Park makes it a bit more of an adventure but I have solved that conundrum by using a .22 target pistol...

First time carrying in public- the winning holster is....

Farmer has a very good point about accessibility, your bra-holster is similar in concept to the 5.11 compressed t-shirt holster I wear when I need to be in 'deep cover' for a work function or certain family events. When I first got my permit (similar to you), I wore it all the time and felt comforta...
