I guess it's time for me forget this ever happened. It's not worth the energy drain to wait god only knows how long. Time do drop more $ and order ANOTHER 4,000 9mm somewhere.

I'm out $372 and I'm going to be at orientation tomorrow. If any of his words ring true he won't be there. Because his top priority should be paying us all back. If he's there dropping membership fees then he has not changed for the better and our loss takes second to his personal enjoyment.

Can't we go to small claims court as an option as well? Although for my lost $372 I'm not sure it's worth the effort - except for the principle of the matter.
