Erud if you ever allow field trips to watch this work and to learn about rifle caliber loading sign me...

Reloading FN 5.7 x 28mm

I really like the way this gun looks and the look of this round! I don't have the gun nor have I shot one but do any of you reload this caliber? I've always enjoyed having things that most people don't. It makes for conversations and new friends. Any and all pros & cons I'm open to since this is...

Gander Mtn "Gun Expo"

Ok... Where was the free ammo? If they looked at it from a marketing stand point they should have put all the vendors all over the store so we'd have to spend more time in all of the depts. I got there at 9:30am and just too cramped around vendors to even see anything at all.

Gander Mtn "Gun Expo"

What a waste of time!!! Flyer shows about 30 or more vendors but only about 10 are there... I love Beretta firearms and have two but he only brought the Nano, 92, and a PX4... Really they couldn't bring anything else?! Ugh!!!! I asked a sales associate where all the other vendors were and he just sa...

Barrel etching

It's been all over the social media sites pictures showing the barrel which etched humor like "Smile".
Anyone know if and where this can be done?

9MM WCC Brass - DIllon XL 650, Anybody else notice this?

I've never tried those but I had problems with the feed ramp. Now all I currently run is 9MM but make sure that feed ramp is adjusted correctly and that the Allen inside isn't bent. Some how I bent mine and it was enough to jam up the works. Got replacement parts from Dillon and all is well!!!!

Carrying in the cold with gloves?

I never wear gloves here unless I'm working and in that case I can't carry. I've worn mechanix gloves in the harshest cold weather and by just flexing your hands to keep the blood flowing I've kept my hands warms. I agree drawing should be practiced and if you've got a cold garage then you have plen...

Carrying on the job

I spoke to HR today about submitting my request for an exception to allow me to carry in my car. Turns out it would probably fly for to and from shooting functions but not to carry for protection.
