Re: Would you pick Smith 586 or Ruger GP100 for your only revolv

b727capt wrote:I'm going to have to disagree with the S&W crowd. I have 2 GP100's a 4" and a 6", and prefer the Ruger over the Smith. I have shot a few S&W revolvers and I think the GP100 is heavier built. Just my 2 cents.

Jesse James Firearms Unlimited

I agree about his supressors they do look odd. Regardless of his lifestyle and life choices I'd love to have the smarts the man has!!

Jesse James Firearms Unlimited

Has anyone taken a look or discussed Jesse James' new endeavor into the firearm making industry? He wants top dollar but the man knows metal without a doubt....

IWB holsters

My Beretta holsters don't have any way to adjust how snug it stays in so that's why I'm always nervous.

IWB holsters

I mostly carry IWB with Beretta's version of a "Crossbreed" holster. I just always worry that my firearm is going to fall out. Is there a comfortable IWB brand that locks like a Serpa?

Reloader in training

I have to say I tried bonding with my 15 year old and he got bored right away. I was bummed!!! I have step sons now 5, 7, & 9 and I think the middle one who I butt heads with the most would really enjoy it. His mom thinks I'm too hard on him but she doesn't see how he is with me alone. She gets ...

Women robbed at gun point

I work with about 100 Mexican's and most of them have a pocket full of cash especially just after payday, its how they operate. That's pretty racist. Suppose you work at a place that's illegally employing people and paying them in cash. How is that racist????? Please don't make this a race thing! I...

Reading a lot about scopes but.........

Went to Ahlman's with my wife yesterday and looked at a number of 308's. Still leaning towards Remington but I do like the Savage. They had quite a few scopes to look at also which was nice. I still have plenty of time to keep learning before I buy...

Women robbed at gun point

I haven't seen the paper's report but I suspect the make up of Jordan's trailer park is very similar to Chaska's- predominately Hispanic. Many work for cash or cash their checks soon after being issued and do not have bank accounts so often have a fair bit of cash on them. $600 sounds like a week's...
