Re: Cross Breed Holster.

Sorry to revive a dead thread, but the corpse is still somewhat warm so... I am an avid fan of Crossbread holsters and there is a solution to the "problem" of hte Crossed loops showing with a tucked shirt: use J-clips (offered by Crossbread and others) or get a velcro kit for your best and...

Re: New purchase - CW45

As my gun tourism has moved between rifles and pistols of different calibers, I'm starting to figure out where my preferences and tastes are. My previous pistol was a new caliber for me, 9mm, and the recoil of that gun didn't mesh with me so in my most recent purchase I went back to 45. A bit of re...

Re: Trap with Pistols....... ALL KINDZA FUN!

I just want to commend the dude that took a story about a safe and fun time between father and son and turned it into an internet butthurt complaint form filed in triplicate. You rule dude. Thank you for reinforcing internet user stereotypes. :chillpill: To Strad & Holland -- I assume that you ...

Re: In vs. Out - How do you carry?

Exclusively IWB for me. I appreciate the value of a concealed weapon over the price of longer draw time in defensive circumstances, and I have found a method to carry that is every bit as comfortable for me as an OWB situation.

Re: 4 and counting

I would happiily catalog all of my pistols for the government you, but unfortunately I took them with me last night for my final canoe trip--and capsized--losing them all in Lake Calhoun. I would have gone after them, but if you've ever been in or near Lake Calhoun, you'd know not ever to voluntaril...

Re: new to carrying

You should function check your weapon every time you clean it, and you should clean your gun as often as you wipe your ass after taking a crap - every single time. You clean you non-fired weapon every day? That's not how I read it. Do you wipe your ass if you haven't just dropped a deuce? I believe...

WTB -- Old wine cooler/fridge -- NEED NOT FUNCTION!

I'm looking to buy someone's old, glassdoor wine fridge or cooler. The refrigerator component doesn't need to function (though if it does and it's a thermoelectric version, that'd be cool). My only stipulations are that it be in relatively good condition (outward), has a glass door, and that it stil...
