I could be wrong (it happens once a year and I'm due) but that brass appears to have been fired given the discoloration around the neck. If I purchased 'new' ammo and saw that it would be back at the store fast. Federals site does not say anything about used brass. That brass wasn't polished after ...

I have an Ops Inc muzzle brake that is threaded on the outside, which has a screw on thread protector. If I had a sleeve made that threaded on instead of the thread protector to cover the brake ports, would that be legal in F-class?

It's a MK12 Mod O clone. I ordered a NoDak A1 lower for it, but they're backordered until March. I have a type D A1 stock and grip awaiting arrival of the lower.
