Re: SOTA Arms Upper

You could check the thread he had in the Market Place and see if he has additional contact info there like an email address.

Re: SOTA Arms Upper

This is why I didn't end up ordering from them. I too got nothing but the full voicemail box when I tried calling on a number of occasions over a couple week period so I gave up. Seems others have had the same issue.

Great info from Glock Armorers Course

I recently attended a Glock Armorers Course to recertify my cred. The following items are highlights from my notes during the class with additional observations as pertinent. Not all items are new, but may be of current or common interest and discussion. Instructor: Erich Clark. Erich was a capable...

Re: SOTA Arms Upper

Any other experiences with them? I've seen some very negative stuff about them too.

Tied emailing to ask if they have anything in stock in the showroom and got no response (week now). Tried calling several times. Just goes to a voicemail box that's full (and doesn't even identify it as SOTA Arms).

Nevermind. Atomic Tactical is getting in Rainier lowers next week and taking pre-sale on them (about 80% already pre sold). Grabbed one for $139.

Re: Cheaper Than Dirt Stops Online Sales

Glad to see them go. Screw them for their shady business practices? They jacked up the price of 1000 rounds of .223 on election night from $300 to $1300. They sell PMAGs for $70 for a single mag when they're about $12 elsewhere.

Re: Old Faithful Holsters

Yeah i would love to, but work doesn't allow me to carry so for now, just wearing it empty. also heard somewhere that if you form it without the gun first, it will create a tighter tension when the gun is in there. That might be true on most holsters but most are riveted so they can't be adjusted. ...

Why wouldn't you want to break it in with the gun in it? :?

Yeah I think you want the gun in there to really form it right.

Can't hurt to shoot them an email and ask if they can make one. Customer service has been great.

LocTite.

Looks like a good deal!

Yeah, that was one thing mentioned. I'll see if it loosens up any during the break-in period and the tighten it down if needed and LocTite it.

Re: Old Faithful Holsters

May have to look into one of these, thats a great price. Looks like a decent holster too. BTW what size are those belt clips. I always wear a 1.75" belt and a lot of holsters max at 1.5". Looks like they're right about at 1.75" http://hostthenpost.org/uploads/fd7f6e4eb91daea7...
