Re: Pick one "while you still can" gun

AK47 because I'm already invested in 7.62x39 and I never liked the looks of the AR platform.

I wouldn't be opposed to a M16A2 style replica (though I would probably want it in a thirty-something caliber).

Re: Question from a Texan

MN is a SHALL ISSUE state for residents and non-residents alike. If you take a firearms safety/carry class that meets the requirements for MN and present that certificate to any Sheriff's office (for non-resident) with that county's PTC administration fee, capped at $100 by law, (assuming you pass t...

Re: FEDERAL COURT: SEMI-AUTOS ‘INDISTINGUISHABLE’ FROM M-16S

I don't suppose that the original intent of the Second Amendment to explicitly protect the possession of military arms will ever get a hearing? "A well regulated militia..." translated from 1791 to 2019 words reads: "A well-practiced civilian security-force". Does not need to be...

Re: Moving a safe, ideas?

Take the door off - It probably just lifts off when open and is probably greater than 25% of the total (empty) weight of the safe.

Re: Unable to post or logout using chrome

DuckDuckGo is a search engine, not a HTML rendering engine (browser).

I've recently switched to Waterfox. If you don't want Mozilla effing up your browser and taking away your options (i.e. where to store bookmarks) Waterfox might be for you.

Re: safe cracking

Personally I would just start cutting, it's just sheet-metal formed around drywall to give the appearance of thickness and a false "fire rating" (I believe drywall emits corrosive vapors in a fire so your guns won't melt, but they'll still be ruined). I would replace it with this https://w...
