Re: WTB AR-15 Pistol Barrel, Or Complete Upper

Good luck, what length are you looking for? I've been looking for a 10.5"ish one myself but if your looking for shorter I might know where to find one....

Re: WTT 308 Redding type S comp micr set

Yea I guess, $200 if I can find the bushings, I'll be back from deer hunting on Monday or Tuesday and will look for the bushings. I've been out if town for a while now. I don't really need them but I do need a short action stock for my 6mm BR as I'm getting rid of my McMillan.

Just as the title says guys, its time to stock pile my ammo, I don't really care what it is as long as its not steel cased (it would have to be cheap if it was) everyone knows what you can get at Fleet Farm (1000 rounds for $299) prices will have to be south of that....if you want cash or trades let...

Re: WTB bull barrel 5.56 AR parts-- FOUND THANKS

I've got a mini SASS DPMS barrel that's fluted, only 200ish rounds down it and it is pretty decent in the accuracy catagory. Its an older DPMS barrel (back from when I will argue they provided a better product) . Send me a pm if you want it....cheap

Re: PAY IT FORWARD

Yea I've seen that too where the giver pays shipping too but figured since we are fairly local most things could be handed off. I know I have a bunch of old scope mounts for 22's that are real old collector type mounts, not sure what rifle they would be for but once I get home I'll post them up, fre...

PAY IT FORWARD

I would like to start a pay-it-forward thread. I've seen them on other forums and I think its a great way to help out your fellow shooter....and clean out your gun room. The way it works: you post up something you don't need/use to pass on to another shooter for FREE. The only thing is you should tr...

WTT 308 Redding type S comp micr set

Ok guys, I have a set of Redding Type-S Competition Micrometer dies for trade. They are the neck sizing set with body die and seating die (three die set). Both seating and sizing die have the micrometer adjustment. Only the seating die has been used for about 50 rounds. I believe I have a titanium n...

Re: Building my first bolt gun.

I'm another Lapua brass fan....its just really nice stuff. Another barrel company I would highly recommend would be Brux, they are out of Wisconsin. Their turn around time is very fast, they cut to whatever twist you want and flute how you want for a reasonable price. Check out their interrupted flu...

Re: Loading for a short barrel 308

Bingo, When you load for best accuracy make sure that you document the entire process such as Brass: Brand, Virgin/once fired, prep conducted (ie case length, primer pockets uniformed, weighted/sorted....ect) Powder type, and charge Velocity Projectile Now when you do this make sure you measure the ...

Re: Building my first bolt gun.

Ok, Precision/custom guns can get very expensive. First remember that you want to use this for a HUNTING rifle, now with that in mind if for some unforseen reason you need to get more ammo...well the 260 wins easy since you can find it at most sport shops. Second, pick your barrel contour very caref...
