Re: .458 SOCOM build opinions

The #1 source for info and parts is the original in Tromax Lead Delivery Systems. Everyone else either pays him for the tooling and licensing OR reverse engineer it and run into problems. Saturn barrels are approved by Tromax. Wilson Combat reverse engineered theirs. There's a pretty big FB group wi...

Re: 9mm for 929

1) I've added a Lee Factory Crimp die to my setup. I have seen bullets walking by 7 and 8th round in moon clip.
2) Typically 124-5 gr for everything.
3) Titegroup and W231
4) If you're looking at any type of tuning to be done, Federal primers are a must.

Re: Coonan Guys

I've ran 158gr HP and JSP without an issue. It just need to make sure it's a full .357 mag load to get the recoil spring to cycle completely.

There are a few other folks on here that have a number of them in all different configurations.

Re: Coonan Guys

I've ran mine with lighter loads similar to .38 +P without a problem. They love full power thumpers though. I've seen almost every make and model that's been made and I can tell you they're all a little different.
