Re: .30 cal okay to use for 6.5c reloading?

Bergie, I hope you take Rip's suggestion and go over and take a lesson from OldmanFCSA. He will answer any and all of your questions in regards to reloading. Spending just one day with him, will give you more knowledge in the art of reloading, than you'll get in a year, on your own. If you decide yo...

Re: Shooters World Powder?

For the last two issues of the Handloader Magazine, they have had two articles about two of the Shooters World Powders. The articles give a positive lean as far as quality, and testing results. And, as smurfman posted they are made in the Czech Republic. I'm friends with a fellow shooter/reloader th...

Re: Second Saturday breakfast - 14 March

So, the restaurants are supposed to open for inside seating Wednesday; are we doing breakfast this Saturday then? That's what I'm hoping for. I plan on stopping in there on Wednesday when they open, and talk to the owner to see if we'll be able to commandeer our two tables. With the limited seating...

Re: Best way to utize bench space? A perfect layout?

My bench is 6' long, and it never seems enough. I tend to pile stuff on it, then have to clean it off, before reloading. I have 4 Lee Presses (C-Press, O-Press, Classic Turret, Loadmaster Progressive, and a Hornady 50 BMG). I only have one mounting spot, and I used the Lee Bench Plate Quick Change m...

Re: Glock 43 vs. SIG 365

I was in your same boat looking for a new EDC. I've decided on a Springfield Armory Hellcat. Same size as the Sig but 11+1 and 13+1 with the extended mag. How do you like the Hellcat? My current EDC is a Glock 30, and I'm considering going with something a bit lighter. I prefer an EDC that can carr...

Re: Forster 6mm BR Full Length Resizing Die Pissing Me Off

Thanks for the help. Forster replied to my email, and it is now cured. Their die's expander ball has to be in line with their "vent" hole (for excess lube if over lubed) which places a portion of the expander up into the neck area of the die. This helps support the neck when resizing as we...

Forster 6mm BR Full Length Resizing Die Pissing Me Off

I am at my wits end with this die. It's a Forster 6 mm BR (has Rem Stamped) that should be able to resize 6 mm BR Norma, Lapua Cases. Set Die backed off 1 1/2 turns after touching shell holder: Result, bulged the end of the neck. Looks like it is trying to make a hydraulic line that holds a B Nut. R...
