Re: 1-4/5/6x Optics Owners Needed

You mention the multigun influence on optics. You may have thought of this already, buy I would imagine you could see at least half of these optics at any given 3 gun match. It be worth stopping by as competitors would likely let you take a look thru their high buck glass at the safety table.

Re: Looking for Browning HiPower gunsmith - preferably local

I can strongly recommend Don Willams from the Actionworks in AZ. Not much of a website, but he is an Hi Power expert. He did beautiful job on mine. New Novak cut for sights, stipple and refinish. Flawless outcome on a pistol with huge sentimental value. http://www.theactionworks.com/gallery.htm If y...

Re: Sore back after range session

+1 on slight bend to the knees and a slight forward tilt to your upper body. You should not lean backward.

Also it can't hurt to see a chiropractor!

Re: DIY Skylight for the Dillon 550b

Here is a easy solution for lighting a Dillon 550B. Tie wrap a Greenlee FL2AAF Flexible LED Flashlight to the back rail of the Dillon and bring the flexible light wand into the opening in the center between the dies. Installs in a minute and the light is directional. Very good battery life too. Make...

LAPD Two No-shoots "newspaper carriers"

LAPD have two incidents shooting at newspaper carriers and random guys in trucks while looking for Dorner. WTF who trains these guys? How do you screw up and shoot at the 70 year old women delivering newspapers from a truck. Then minutes later shoot up another vehicle. http://articles.latimes.com/20...

Re: Duluth Rep. Huntley: I'll plead guilty to DWI

It would be nice to know if this guy is pro or anti as the DWI offence meets a key requirement to lodge a recall petition. Looks like $100 filing fee and 25 signatures from 25 voters in his district would get in motion MN Recall Petition Requirements http://www.sos.state.mn.us/index.aspx?page=1688 A...

Re: Obama to Pitch Gun Proposals in Minneapolis Monday

I doubt his stop in Minnesota is by chance. This state leans left and if he can promote gun grabbing legislation here he will use it to claim legitimacy by stating he has support in states like ours with a strong hunting tradition. In other words he would claim broad based support. For this issue my...

Letter from Betty McCollum - not good

Thought I would share a form letter I received from Betty McCollum. Not encouraging. She is proud of her NRA "F" grade. Betty's words: Thank you for contacting me about gun violence prevention. I appreciate hearing from you. In light of the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtow...

Called & E-mailed my reps - TAG YOUR IT !!

Hi Last week I called and emailed my local and state representatives. Time to get off the couch and get active. Talking on the forums is fun, but this is real. Time to get in the game. Nobody is going to do it for you. Now it is your turn. Reply when you have done the same. TAG YOUR IT ! P.S. Not a ...
