Have one on my Gen.3 G17. Fits my hand a lot better now and my groups are much tighter. The g19 and g26 size Glocks fit me pretty good as is, with a little dremeling. Installation tip-- heat up the adapter in some hot water for a minute or two and it snaps on easier.
I got lucky on a Tuesday night at Walmart a couple weeks ago they had got a shipment in-- pre panic prices. Got 2 bricks of .22lr and a box of 9mm. Would of got more 9mm but they had a 3 box total limit across all calibers. Needed the .22's more. Pretty well stocked on 9mm before the panic and got a...
I have handled the XD's some at the shops- the grip feels good but when i grip it my thumb hits the slide stop lever in a way i don't like. I also don't care for the mag release on both sides- same with SR9- see possibility of it getting bump released when carried on the side outward of body. Much p...
Yeah, I really love my new Shield-- it shoots and handles AMAZING for such a small, thin pistol. And so easy to hide and carry. And just feels great in the hand. M&P .22 has been flawless functioning for me as well with bulk hollowpoints. Still waiting for a new roll pin for the slide- it has be...
Interesting- i still haven't received mine-- would think they would fill factory backorders before sending out to places like midway. they make more money when they cut out the middle man.

Yeah, i just bought the M&P Shield9 and don't think i will have any need for the glock version if it continues to perform.
Interesting that they keep reducing the service life of the gen. 3 recoil spring-- wasn't it originally rated at 5,000 rounds, then 3,000 and now 2500???
You need to make head shots only on skunks or they will spray you! Shoot a skunk in the midsection and he may still spray you! I like my M&P 22 also. Just wish I could get a couple more magazines. I shoot them farther away with multiple body shots. And i have shot them in the head after catchin...
I should add- rapid fire at 15 yds puts all 12 shots into a target the size of a skunks midsection-- so the heavy concentration is only needed for really small targets-- striped gophers.
Farmer maybe you or anyone else who has the M&P 22 can tell me how it compares to your Buckmark for accuracy. I'd like to find something smaller to carry (on the farm) than my Ruger MK2 Target without giving up too much accuracy, hitting those little tannerite targets at a safe distance is toug...
I love how nearly every Shield thread turns in to "I like my carry better and this is why". Maybe because they are overrated? ::runaway::   That's what people were telling me when i started buying Glocks. I'm the one laughing when people show up at the range with their new K...
Printing in the summer is my main concern with the G19. I have a 2-yr old and a 5-yr old and I do a lot of bending over in public picking up all the junk they drop/throw/spill/kick/sweep/puke onto the ground. A baggy tshirt conceals my G19 in my super tuck until I bend over and then it screams MWAG...
One thing i havn't tried is ankle carry of the G26- that is supposed to conceal very well- but slower than i like to get into action. Of course- i could do both- if i wanted to be really well armed...
