Re: Picked up a new toy

I do have a form for the LCR and the holsters are selling well. I think I have two pocket holsters ready to go. Splatt: I get out near Srigs' place regularly and am sure you and I will bump into each other. I could deliver if you want to save postage. Thanks, that would be perfect, I've already con...

Re: Picked up a new toy

I tried out one that a friend owns and liked it. One thing I wonder about is how the lasergrips will feel though. The one I tested had the non lazer grip which is a thick rubbery houge thing with lots of cushion. I'm going to get out to pop the cherry on this one this weekend so we'll see.

Re: Washington Post: Democrats Fear Defections on GOP Gun Propos

Unless this is embedded into some giant commie nationalization of a significant part of the economy there's no way in hell mao-bama will sign it.

Re: PD chief "purchase permits take more than 5 business days"

I have zero doubt that we are now in a pd database of plymouth gunowners. should come in handy in any disaster during which they wish to remove all weapons from the city.

Re: PD chief "purchase permits take more than 5 business days"

after reading this thread again I notice some people say they had their permit mailed to them. I was expecting that, but in the mail today was a letter saying I had to come to the PD and show an ID to pick up the permit. Is that normal and expected? Kind of a pain in the ass if you ask me. Umm yeah...

I'm going to try to get in today, after I check my mail and as soon as I can get away from the office. edit: picked it up this afternoon. She had quite a big stack to dig through to find mine. Must be busy for some reason. :D edit2: after reading this thread again I notice some people say they had t...

Re: PD chief "purchase permits take more than 5 business days"

I put my permit to purchase app in on the 5th and still haven't heard anything back. Plymouth PD. First, did you get a receipt? Then: Print off a copy of MN Statute 624.7131, stop in, ask them where your PTP is, and hand them the copy of 624.7131. Hold their ass to the flames, they're not above the...

Re: Question on laws governing face-to-face sales in MN

Thanks for the reply!

Hopefully I can get my carry permit done soon so I don't have to worry about the handgun scenario.

Question on laws governing face-to-face sales in MN

Hi All, I moved to MN back in March of this year. I switched my driver license over to MN a couple months ago but haven't got a purchase permit or a carry permit yet (I took a class and will be submitting the app for that next week :D :D :D, which will be very cool after living in no legal CC Wiscon...
