Put the bullet in the case mouth before it rotates       I'm guessing you're not familiar with the 650 as it's auto indexing and you would have to stop and start mid stroke to do what you suggest. It would operate like your first car, slow and jerky ;) ;)...
I have noticed some splashing of powder when the shell plate indexes. I'm going quite slow but get a small amount splashing from the case when indexing to the bullet placement position. I realize I'm not making match grade ammo here but it makes a mess and is annoying if nothing else. Anyone have an...
Do you load .357 Mag? Speer 13 calls for magnum primers using 296, H110, HS-7, and HS-6. Same for several other calibers with the same powders including .41 Mag, .44 Mag, and 10mm. I still have a hundred Winchester small pistol magnum primers kicking around from when I first bought my reloading equ...

I started with a single stage and went to a turret and now up to progressive. I'm certainly not fami...
I have never seen a progressive press run but the initial set-up is going slow but making good progress. As a student of all things mechanical I'm very impressed with the press and accessories. Any advice on minimizing the learning curve would be greatly appreciated.
