Re: CZ PCR vs. P-01

At this point the internals are the same, early in its life the PCR had a different, and I felt superior, trigger. After the NATO standard P01 came out the PCR was less common until it was reissued with similar guts and components to the compact and P01 models. I personally prefer the Novak low pro...

Re: Awkward purchasing question

PS: some of you are using the term "assault weapon", I thought the idea was to shy away from that term these days? The term is actually in the relevant statute (quoted on the previous page). It is still a ******** term, of course, but it is both accurate & properly used in this partic...

Re: Awkward purchasing question

While it's not illegal to transfer if you have a permit ( mn 609.66 and mn 624.713). I for one would never transfer without paperwork for my own protection. Personally I'm the exact opposite; I've let things go because I will not provide a bill of sale and/or show my PTC. Licenses are fine, I like ...

Re: No ATF with shutdown?

It is amazing how ridiculous things get when government is involved. Since the government is 'shut down', NASA is 'closed'. So, their web site has been changed to say: "Due to the lapse in federal government funding, this website is not available.". Well, if you still have the web servers...

Usually nail polish is my go-to, but I'm fairly certain it'll get fairly beat up going back in. Granted I can always touch it up...

Local Cerakoter or Duracoater?

I'm looking to get my front sight posts for a few rifles done in a vibrant color. My eyes are bad, so a bright pink, orange, etc. really helps.

Does anyone do or know someone who does this on the side?

Thanks!

Gunsmith in northern Twin Cities?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a gunsmith in the north metro if possible.

I just picked up another M92 AK and need some simple work such as pinning a brake and tapping the receiver.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!
